However if you love the game of squash and train as much as possible (of course don't exagerate. don't live in the court but make it a part of your life) while living a balanced and healthy life, you'll not only be fit bu you'll find yourself with great power. But the tools to reach greatness come with a price, the price of CONSISTENCY. Make the commitment. MAKE IT NOW.
