Fitness og squash sport rules

To eat all those wonderfull fruits, are willing to workout through the pain and to dig the hole for your seed of glory? I'm sure you are. It's now time to become a master at SQUASH OG FITNESS.
In order to be fit you just need to train yourself , if you need more help check on the internet or use this course which i personally found very helpfull .

The Rules of squash are very basic and this sport is very funny and healthy. If you throw the ball over the higher red line it's out. if you thorw it under the lower one is down. Otherwise it's good. When you serve you have to throw the ball over the middle line (called service line) so that the serve is a ''fair-shot'' .Now in squash the best types of serve are two: the Lob or the smash. Try them all and possibly vary so that you get an advanced and make your opponent run. The easiest tactic to follow is just to throw the ball at the corners and make your opponent run while trying to use all your lenght to walk as much as possible.
This sport is all about consistency and you need to breathe always to keep the pace, remember we are talking of constant catabolysm here so it's important that you focus on what you want.
So to improve your SQUASH OG FITNESS ability you have to understand where your skill is at and then try to improve it chunck by chunck . As in every physical activity in squash you have to invest a lot to see only long term changes. But don't worry the adrenalin rushes that this sport provide will help you very much.
